Goat meat is the most eaten red meat throughout the world. It  is healthy, nutritious and particularly low in fat and calories compared to other meats.

Goat meat is usually sold as capretto & chevon:

Capretto: An Italian term for kid goat, they are  milk fed aged under 4 months 

Chevon: Kids up to 12 months

Our free - range, pasture feed capretto & chevron meat is sold fresh in Cryovac packs.
